At SkinGear, we stand behind our products and want to ensure all our clients have the best SkinGear experience. Please read below to learn more about our policies before purchasing SkinGear tools!

SHIPPING

SkinGear offers FREE shipping worldwide for orders over $100 USD !

Your order will be shipped within a 3-5 business day window from the date or purchase. At SkinGear, we try our best to get your items out right away and in most circumstances before our shipping window but due to order volumes at different times of the year, shipping times may vary.

All items are shipped using UPS. An email will be sent once your order is completed and shipped including your tracking number to monitor your delivery date.
SkinGear is not responsible for additional duties or fees applies to your shipment once the package has left our facility. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Please note that International Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties required by their country.

If you do not accept these charges after the item has been shipped and the item gets returned to us-you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

RETURNS & DAMAGED GOODS

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase within 10 days for a credit or exchange on all unopened items, Sadly, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You have 5 days from when the product is received to report any damaged goods. Items deemed damaged are subject to review by our team and if deemed damaged due to external factors are eligible for an exchange or credit note to be placed on their account for future orders.
